None of you have less than 10 pairs of shoes. Women have to wear skin tight skimpy clothes because their *** appeal is all they have. Women are cold, brainless, heartless and just plain mean. Women dont have hobbies, any time you meet a musician, it’s a guy. I **** you stupid, shallow people and think that you deserve all the bad things you bring upon yourself.

I am a 22 year old guy. I have recently gotten out of a relationship that was gonna end in marriage due to the fact that the girl didnt value what my heart was telling me to do. I really want a real relationship with a girl but Ive been out of the dating meeting game for so long that I need some pointers. I am physicly active I work 6 days a week and am an active musician. in all of this I can’t seem to get any girls attracted to me to even strike up a conversation with. all the girls just seem to want to be friends. How do I get the girls I want? and how do I keep things interesting. I seem to have the drive to find a girl but I can’t seem to have comfort about what we will do when I get in that situation. I know I can take her out to a movie and to eat but thats highschool style stuff and I need new Ideas that arent too complex. I really want the girl of my dreams. not because of looks but because of who she is but I still want to be attracted to her. I also seem to get so nervous. any Ideas? I just want to be prepared for then. Im looking forward to meeting her. even though I have no idea who or where she is.

“To explain the creative musician’s basic objective in elementary terms, I would say that a composer writes music to express and communicate and put down in permanent form certain thoughts, emotions, and states of being. These thoughts and emotions are gradually formed by the contact of the composer’s personality with the world in which he lives. He expresses these thoughts (musical ones…) in the musical language of his own time. The resultant work of art should speak to men and women of the artist’s own time with a directness and immediacy of communicative power that no previous art expression can give.” -Aaron Copland

What thoughts, emotions, and states of being do you notice musicians today committing to musical form?

Concerning the NAACP’s symbolic funeral for the n word, do you think it will have any impact on musicians and other performers that use it so often? While I know that some African Americans feel it is alright for them to use it within their own race - I have always been appalled at the way the lyrics to so many rap songs denigrate people - women especially. Do you think the NAACP’s stand will make any impression on the younger generation? Personally I applaud their decision, but will anything change?
